מרכז הלמידה מאפשר למבקרים לחקור דילמות היסטוריות, מוסריות ואחרות הקשורות לשואה. עמדות מחשב מאפשרות למידה עצמאית או מונחית ומספקות גישה למגוון רחב של מידע מהיסטוריונים ופילוסופים ידועים וכן ממאגרי המידע של יד ושם. מרכז הלמידה פתוח לקבוצות מאורגנות, קבוצות עצמאיות ויחידים.
