The Polakiewicz family, five in number; none survived the Holocaust.

David Polakiewicz, father: born in 1895, Viamenice, Poland was the first to be deported on 31 July 1942 (Convoy 13). 

Fejga Polakiewicz, mother: born in 1892 in Sarnaki, Poland; Rachel (Ruchla), daughter, (b. 10.3.1922 in Sarnaki) and Froïm (Erwin, b. 11.1.26 in Sarnaki) followed on Convoy 14 on 3 August 1942. 

Léon (Szmul, b. 5.12.28 in Siemiatyce) was the last to be deported on 7 August 1942 on Convoy 16.  

The Zonszajn family, four in number; none survived the Holocaust.
Auschwitz II - Birkenau, Poland

Szoma Zonszajn, father, born 28.6.1906 in Siedlce was deported on Convoy 4 on 25 June 1942 , from Pithiviers to Auschwitz. He passed the selection at Auschwitz and entered as a prisoner, spending some time working in Block 21 (surgery). On 18 January 1945 he was forced on the Gross-Rosen death march. He eventually perished in Buchenwald on 20 February 1945, succumbing to frostbite and a septic infection.

Sura Zonszajn, mother, born 23.3.1904 in Siedlce was deported on Convoy 14 with the Polakiewiczs.

Jacques Zonszajn, born 16.2.1932 in Siedlce was deported on Convoy 21 on 19 August and murdered in Auschwitz on 24 August.

Liliane Zonszajn, born 10.8.1939 in Paris was deported with her brother Jacques on Convoy 21 on 19 August and murdered in Auschwitz on 24 August.
