Yad Vashem is open to the general public, free of charge. All visits to Yad Vashem must be reserved in advance.

Bohuslav Sobotka, the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic at Yad Vashem Tomorrow

The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Bohuslav Sobotka, accompanied by Czech Government Ministers, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, November 25, 2014. The Prime Minister and Ministers will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and signing of the Guest Book. Media who are interested in covering the visit, should RSVP to media.relations@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names, with valid GPO card by 15:15.
 
During the Czech Government’s visit to Israel, a joint declaration will be signed by the Czech Ministry of Culture, the Israeli Ministry of Education and Yad Vashem to further support Holocaust education, research and remembrance.
