Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs to Visit Yad Vashem Today

(January 17, 2016 – Jerusalem) The Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sushma Swaraj, will visit Yad Vashem today, Sunday, January 17, 2016. The Foreign Minister will visit the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial. Media who are interested in covering the visit must RSVP to simmy.allen@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with valid GPO card, by 16:30.
