Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

A Dozen Ambassadors to the United Nations set to Visit Yad Vashem Tomorrow, 17 December 2021

Tomorrow, 17 December 2021, a delegation of ambassadors to the U.N. will be visiting Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, accompanied by Israel’s Permanent Representative to the U.N., Ambassador Gilad Erdan. Yad Vashem Chairman Dani Dayan will greet the delegation of ambassadors.

The delegation consisting of ambassadors from Albania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Ecuador, Hungary, Nauru, Palau, the Republic of Korea, Samoa, Uruguay and Zambia will tour the Holocaust History Museum, take part in a ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance and visit the Children’s Memorial.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names and at the memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance. Media interested in covering the visit must RSVP to simmy.allen@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with a valid GPO card and Green Pass, by 10:15.
