Fridays and Holiday eves: ‬09:00-14:00

Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

Official Visits to Yad Vashem Tomorrow, 16 November 2016

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Security and Interior of Belgium, H.E. Mr. Jan Jamboon, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow (Wednesday). Later in the day, the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, H.E. Mr. Jan Hamáček, will visit Yad Vashem.

Both the Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Czech Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book. There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance, and at the signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial.

Journalists interested in covering these visit should arrive at the Hall of Names with a valid GPO card, by 10:00 for the Belgian Deputy Prime Minister's visit and 16:15 for the Speaker of the Czech Parliament.
