Spanish Prime Minister Zapatero at Yad Vashem Tomorrow

The Prime Minister of Spain, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, October 15, 2009. He will be accompanied by Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos, Israeli Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar, Chairman of the Yad Vashem Council Rabbi Israel Meir Lau, and President of the Spanish Society for Yad Vashem, Isaac Querub.

Following are media arrangements for his visit:

10:30: Arrival and tour of the Holocaust History Museum: CLOSED
11:00: Hall of Names, Holocaust History Museum, Photo -Op: POOL
11:10: Memorial Ceremony, Hall of Remembrance - OPEN
11:20: Children’s Memorial: CLOSED to Cameras
11:25: Signing of the Guest Book, Exit from the Children’s Memorial: OPEN
