The US Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Samantha Power, will visit Yad Vashem, Sunday, February 14, 2016. The Ambassador will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.
There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial. Media who are interested in covering the visit must RSVP to media.relations@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with valid GPO card, by 15:00.
