Yad Vashem is open to the general public, free of charge. All visits to Yad Vashem must be reserved in advance.

Romanian President, H.E. Klaus Iohannis to visit Yad Vashem Tuesday

The Romanian President, H.E. Klaus Iohannis will visit Yad Vashem Tuesday, March 8, 2016. The President will tour the Holocaust History Museum and Yad Vashem Synagogue, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

 
There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names and Hall of Remembrance, and at the signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial. Non-official media will not be permitted to photograph in the Synagogue. Media interested in covering the visit must RSVP to media.relations@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with a valid GPO card, by 10:00.
