Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs at Yad Vashem Tomorrow

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, Thursday, 7 June 2018. The Foreign Minister will lay a wreath at the tree planted in honor of Latvian Righteous Among the Nations Janis Lipke, tour the Museum of Holocaust Art, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children's Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Remembrance and at the signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial. Media interested in covering the visit must RSVP to media.relations@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Remembrance with a valid GPO card, by 11:30.
