Burundian Foreign Minister to Visit Yad Vashem Tomorrow, 5 April 2022

Tomorrow, 5 April 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation in the Republic of Burundi H.E. Mr. Albert Shingiro will visit Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center. Minister Shingiro will tour the Holocaust History Museum, take part in a ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guestbook.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, at the memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, and outside the Children’s Memorial. Media interested in covering the visit must RSVP to ricki.prince@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with a valid GPO card and Green Pass, by 10:15.
