Yad Vashem is open to the general public, free of charge. All visits to Yad Vashem must be reserved in advance.

Chairperson of the Russian Federation Council will visit Yad Vashem Tomorrow

The Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ms. Valentina Matviyenko will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. The Chairperson will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance, visit the Children’s Memorial and sign the Yad Vashem Guest Book.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and signing of the Guest Book outside the Children's Memorial. Media who are interested in covering the visit must RSVP to simmy.allen@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with valid GPO card, by 15:30.
