Fridays and Holiday eves: ‬09:00-14:00

Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

Lithuania Foreign Minister to Visit Yad Vashem Tomorrow, 2 March 2023

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, H.E. Mr. Gabrielius Landsbergis, will visit Yad Vashem tomorrow, Thursday 2 March 2023. Foreign Minister Landsbergis will tour the Holocaust History Museum and the Hall of Names, as well as participate in a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance. In addition, the Foreign Minister will visit the Garden of the Righteous Among the Nations to pay respect to the memory of his grandmother's mother, Ona Jablonskyte who was recognized by Yad Vashem as Righteous Among the Nations in 2001.

There will be photo-ops in the Hall of Names, the Hall of Remembrance, and at the signing of the Guest Book outside the Hall of Remembrance. Media interested in covering the visit must RSVP to simmy.allen@yadvashem.org.il, and arrive at the Hall of Names with a valid GPO card, by 10:00.
