Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

International Conference 2016 - The Shoah and Jewish Identity

The International School for Holocaust Studies of Yad Vashem will hold a global conference on teaching the Shoah to the younger generation in formal/informal Jewish education. The conference will address the challenges of teaching the Shoah to different age groups, the impact of the Shoah on Jewish identity, antisemitism and more – in order to create a vision that will ensure the legacy of the Shoah for future generations.
