Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.
Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.
Visitors are invited to explore the Art and Book Store located at the exit of the Holocaust History Museum, and the "Steimatzky" store next to the Visitors Center. The stores offer Yad Vashem publications, including research studies written by leading Holocaust scholars, personal diaries and memoirs, as well as art books and Holocaust literature from around the world in a variety of languages.
The stores also stock a wide range of Judaica items, gifts and mementoes.
