Fridays and Holiday eves: ‬09:00-14:00

Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

International Conferences

The International Institute for Holocaust Research is active in developing and coordinating international research; planning and undertaking scholarly projects; organizing symposia, workshops and international conferences. It has been the tradition at Yad Vashem for over forty years to biennially host a major international conference. Throughout the year the Institute hosts smaller international conferences as well as national conferences. Yad Vashem’s conferences are convened through the generous support of the Gertner Center for International Conferences and the Gutwirth Family Fund.
