Individual families were shot on November 21 and 25, 1941 and on December 15, 1941. According to some sources, they were murdered in the forest, probably close to the town, and in a village close to the town. Other sources report the murder site as having been the town park.

In the town of Sukhinichi three Jewish families were shot in the town park: David Rozenberg and members of his family, Pavel Rossin and members of his family, and Boris Berman and of his family members. The only reason for their being shot was their Jewish identity.
