Germans and Latvians guarded the camp located on the territory of Plant No. 359 and regularly shot its Jewish inmates. For example, in November 1941 670 Polish Jews were shot in the camp.

… City of Pavlograd - A camp was established on the territory of Plant No. 359, in which were incarcerated Jews not only from the city of Pavlograd but also from other districts of Ukraine. 2,000 people were shot there....
