Murder Story of Nalchik Jews at the Military Airfield in Nalchik

Between November and December 1942, approximately 600 to 1,000 Ashkenazi Jews of Nalchik were killed in an anti-tank trench 3 kilometers from the city, near the local military airfield.
According to witnesses of the liberation of Nalchik, several bodies of the victims had signs of torture and mutilation.

The place which was chosen by the German administration to shoot the civilian population was an anti-tank trench, which was 3 kilometers from the city, near the airfield.
