Rudkovshchina

On the eve of the German invasion of the Soviet Union about 100 people lived in Rudkovshchina, many of them Jews. About 20 Jews of Rudkovshchina were murdered by Germans and local policemen either at the end of February or the beginning of March 1943 (according to most of the testmonies) or on February 11, 1942 (according to the inscription on the monument) in the forest near the road to Maslaki village, some 500 kilometers from Rudkovshchina .
