Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

Denmark's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Lars Løkke Rasmussen, to Visit Yad Vashem Tomorrow, 13 January 2025

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark H.E. Lars Løkke Rasmussen will visit Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, Tomorrow, Monday 13 January 2025.

The Minister's visit will include a guided tour of the Holocaust History Museum and the Hall of Names, followed by a memorial ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance alongside Yad Vashem Chairman Dani Dayan. The visit will conclude with signing of the Yad Vashem Guest Book outside of the Children's Memorial. 

Photo-ops will be available in the Hall of Names, Hall of Remembrance and outside the Children's Memorial during the signing of the Guest Book. 

Media representatives wishing to cover the visit are required to RSVP in advance to Ari Rabinovitch at ari.rabinovitch@yadvashem.org.il.

Attendees must present a valid GPO card and arrive at the Hall of Names by 9:20 AM.
