Joseph Wilf Curatorial Center
The Joseph Wilf Curatorial Center was built to afford the Museums Division optimal working and office conditions, in order to do their ever-important curatorial work. Now, as a result of the expanded and upgraded facilities, all of the smaller departments are located under one roof. This cooperative working space has enhanced the morale of the staff and collaborations between departments. With new, larger work spaces the staff is able to work together on a variety of projects. The building has a new conference room with a computer and projector that allow for the Division to host guests.
Auditorium and Exhibitions Hall
The Auditorium, which seats over 300 people, hosts a diverse variety of events. Every week 1-2 events take place in the Auditorium, with a total of some 70 events annually. The spacious Auditorium Foyer houses exhibitions, which are frequented by visitors to Yad Vashem.
Family and Children's Exhibition
One of the major components of the Shoah Heritage Campus is the renovated Auditorium, with the permanent Family and Children's Exhibition Gallery on the lower level. Since entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10, this area will provide families and young children a meaningful and appropriate experience while visiting Yad Vashem.
