Yad Vashem is closed on Saturdays and all Jewish Holidays.

Entrance to the Holocaust History Museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10. Babies in strollers or carriers will not be permitted to enter.

The American Society for Yad Vashem welcomes Stanley H. Stone as its new Executive Director.
The American Society for Yad Vashem welcomes Stanley H. Stone as its new Executive Director.

The American Society for Yad Vashem welcomes Stanley H. Stone, the son of Holocaust survivors, as its new Executive Director. Stanley has spent more than 30 years working for the Jewish community, including as Executive Director of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest, NJ; Vice President of the Torah Academy of Bergen County; and as a member of the Ritual Committee of Keter Torah in Teaneck, NJ. He and his wife Ellen have six children and nine grandchildren.
