Jews from Siedlce, Poland, waiting for deportation
On August 21, 1942, 400 Ukrainians, joined by the Polish police and SS troops, surrounded the ghetto and the next day 10,000 Jews were deported to the Treblinka death camp and 2,000 were executed in the Jewish cemetery.
