Each year, the International Institute for Holocaust Research – Yad Vashem offers small financial scholarships to MA and PhD students. The student must be writing a thesis and registered in an Israeli academic institution.
These scholarships are supported from funds that were established by organizations, institutions and individuals who wanted to commemorate the Holocaust victims and promote Holocaust studies in Israel. The Institute warmly invites those applicable to an application. All application materials must be submitted and received by the International Institute for Holocaust Research by 31 December of the preceding academic year.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Results will be announced by the following March. Each recipient is required to acknowledge the scholarship in appropriate way within the thesis and to present a copy of the thesis to the Yad Vashem Library.
